La direction départementale de la protection des populations du Val-d'Oise a mené des investigations sur la loyauté des pratiques commerciales de la société COALIZE exploitant le site www.kiwiiz.fr.

Ces investigations ont permis de constater des allégations de confiance et de fiabilité liées aux profils des professionnels de la garde d'enfants mis en ligne sur le site www.kiwiiz.fr, sans que la société COALIZE ne procède à des vérifications sur les compétences, expériences, diplômes ou qualifications mis en avant par ces profils. Ces allégations altèrent le comportement économique des consommateurs et constituent par conséquent une pratique commerciale trompeuse.

Cette pratique commerciale trompeuse est interdite par le code de consommation.

La direction de la protection des populations du Val-d'Oise a donc enjoint à la société COALIZE de cesser ces pratiques illicites.
