Je cherche à **louer un terrain ou jardin privatif** (pas jardin partagé) jusqu'à **1000 m² max** dans un rayon d'environ **10 km autour de Strasbourg (Koenigshoffen, Hautepierre, Cronenbourg, Eckbolsheim, Wolfisheim, Schiltigheim…).
Usage prévu : **potager + fruits sur une partie**, libre, non commercial.
Je peux payer **jusqu'à 2000 € / an** (loyer annuel). Je recherche un contrat **long terme**, pas une location à la journée ou temporaire.
